Morcone's public gardens, created as a Remembrance Park, are a small public garden with the war memorial.

Morcone's public gardens were created at the end of the 1920s, when the space left free by a landslide was turned into a public garden named the Parco della Rimembranza (Remembrance Park). Inside it the war memorial to the fallen of the First World War was erected. A new landslide, in 1964, reduced it to its present size.Since 2010 the garden has been named after Tommaso Lombardi, a citizen and mayor of Morcone. Today it is a meeting place for families and young people, with play equipment, a tennis court and a space that hosts events in summer. We like stopping here for a break in the shade while visiting the village, and we recommend dropping by on summer evenings.
