A parish church documented since 1536, linked to the cult of the Madonna dell'Eterno, a copy of whose statue it holds.

We take you to the Church of Sant'Eustachio, a parish in Montecorvino Rovella first recorded in 1536. This building is closely linked to devotion to the Madonna dell'Eterno: tradition says that the original statue proved impossible to move, so a copy was made for this church.We like looking, to the left of the high altar, for the small altar that holds the statue, accompanied by an inscription from 1837 recalling the story. In its overall structure the church closely resembles the sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Eterno, with one curious difference: here the bell tower is on the right as you enter, rather than on the left.
