Old oratory outside the walls of Casalduni, mentioned in 1596, which served as the parish church after the 1688 earthquake.
As early as 1596 a pastoral visit describes this place as an oratory outside the walls, with a small bell above the door and a single altar adorned with a canvas of the Virgin between St Francis and St Roch. It was a small, modest building.In 1660 the baptismal font was brought here from another church in the town and, after the 1688 earthquake, the chapel once again served as the parish church. During that period the altars of Santa Maria delle Grazie and San Rocco were built. Today the church belongs to the town council.
