Capri's sea cave famous for the blue light of its water, visited by rowing boat.
The Blue Grotto opens onto the north-west coast of Capri. Sunlight enters through an underwater opening and lights up the sea in an intense blue.You go in on small rowing boats, lying down to pass through the very low entrance. Visits depend on the sea: when the waves are high the grotto stays closed.
