The Great Waterfall at the far end of the Royal Palace park, with the Diana and Actaeon group.
At the end of the long water avenue in the park of the Royal Palace of Caserta, the water tumbles down the hillside in the Great Waterfall. The water comes from the Carolino Aqueduct, designed by Luigi Vanvitelli.At the foot of the waterfall stands the Fountain of Diana and Actaeon, with statues telling the myth of the hunter turned into a stag. From here you can enjoy the view over the park and the palace.
