A 17th-century building in Caserta, once a military bakery, linked to Palazzo Acquaviva and the Marchioness of Bellante.

The Casamento della Marchesa, dating from the 17th century, was once a military bakery and belonged to the complex of Palazzo Acquaviva, Caserta's Palazzo Vecchio. The name recalls Anna, daughter of Andrea Matteo Acquaviva d'Aragona, Marchioness of Bellante, who inherited her father's Caserta estates. The building was reduced in size when Corso Giannone was widened.
