Parish church of Ciorlano dedicated to St Nicholas of Bari, dated to the mid-18th century and protected as an architectural heritage site.

In the small village of Ciorlano, on the border with Molise, the parish church is dedicated to St Nicholas of Bari. The national cultural heritage catalogue places it in the mid-18th century and attributes it to Campanian craftsmen, listing it among the protected architecture of the area.We like discovering it while climbing the lanes of the old town, of medieval origin, which still preserves an old tower. We recommend combining the visit with a panoramic stop overlooking the hills of the Volturno valley, to capture the quiet, intimate character of one of the smallest municipalities in the province of Caserta.
