A 19th-century confraternity church in the historic centre of Parolise, a small testament to local popular devotion.

In Parolise's historic centre stands the confraternity church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, a 19th-century religious building, more recent than the nearby mother church of San Vitaliano. Like other Irpinian confraternity churches, it grew up around a brotherhood of the faithful and tells of the village's popular devotion.Do not expect grand monuments: we like it for its simplicity and because it completes the picture of the small village. We suggest including it in a walk through the streets of the centre, together with the mother church and the Clock Tower, all just a few steps from one another.
