A small 14th-century square church that preserves its old stone portal with a lunette.

The Church of San Vito dates from around 1372: its existence is recorded in an inventory of the assets of the fief of Montesano. It is a small square-plan building, with a single hall and a stone altar, a witness to the town's long religious history.Later restorations have removed much of its original layout, but we recommend looking carefully at the entrance: as in the nearby chapel of Santa Barbara, the old stone portal with its central lunette has survived. We like discovering these small details that tell of centuries of devotion.
