Biogeo Museum of Ariano Irpino

The Biogeo Museum tells how the Earth and life began, in collaboration with the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology. In its rooms we find original finds, striking replicas and panels that clearly explain the major stages in the planet's evolution.The highlight, in our view, is the quadrisphere: a visual journey of about ten minutes made up of four synchronised films, monitors and mirrors, which retraces the history of the Earth with sounds and images. We recommend visiting with children and school groups: it's an engaging way to understand where we come from.
