A medieval bell tower, the last remnant of the church of San Martino, turned into a clock tower in the late 19th century.

The Tower of San Martino, also called the medieval tower, is all that remains of the old parish church dedicated to the saint of Tours, whose cult spread in the Angevin period. It was probably built between the 14th and 15th centuries: one of its two bells bears the date 1468, a sign that the structure dates at least from those years. After the church collapsed, at the end of the 19th century the tower became a clock tower, continuing to mark the village's time. We recommend looking carefully at its three levels and cylindrical belfry: you can still make out the pointed single-light windows, now walled up, that once lightened its outline.
