Torre Materita is a medieval tower in Anacapri, surrounded by an olive grove. It was bought by the Swedish doctor and writer Axel Munthe, author of The Story of San Michele, who lived there for many years.It is private property. You can see it while walking in the Materita area, a short distance from Villa San Michele.
