A two-level confraternity chapel beside the cathedral, with an exposed-stone façade and a theatrical double staircase.
Beside Sarno cathedral, the Oratory of the Most Holy Sacrament forms with the cathedral a harmonious ensemble overlooking the valley. It was commissioned by brothers devoted to the Blessed Sacrament and is arranged on two levels: the lower one was for burials, the upper one for worship.We like the never-plastered façade, with the double staircase climbing to the raised church. The interior, recently restored, keeps the confraternity's traditional wooden stalls and now hosts meetings and cultural events: we recommend keeping an eye on it if you are in town during an event.
