A 17th-century confraternity church in restrained Rococo style, with a stone portal, wooden stalls and a statue of the Immacolata from 1696.

The Confraternity of the Immacolata was built in the mid-17th century by brothers devoted to the Virgin, who had previously met in the Immacolata chapel of the church of San Francesco. It is a fine example of Rococo in a restrained version, the kind a provincial town like Sarno could afford. On the façade we recommend looking at the stone portal, very similar to that of the nearby Palazzo Capua. Inside we find the wooden stalls typical of confraternities and, above all, the precious statue of the Immacolata carved in 1696 by the Neapolitan artist Patalano, the real jewel of this small building.
