Multimedia museum and information point devoted to the prehistoric caves of the Camerota coast and its surroundings.

MUVIP is a small modern museum designed to introduce everyone, in simple language, to the prehistoric caves of the Camerota coast, among the most important archaeological sites in the area. It is also a tourist information point, ideal as the first stop of your visit. The heart of the tour is an immersive room with touch-sensitive walls, where each visitor chooses which route to follow to discover the caves. In a second room a scale model and several installations tell the story of Camerota and its hamlets. We recommend stopping by before a boat trip along the coast: you'll see the caves with different eyes.
