The mother church of Santa Lucia di Serino, built in 1518 and originally dedicated to Saint Lucy, near the places linked to Saint Giuseppe Moscati.

On Piazza Dante, in Santa Lucia di Serino, we find the church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, the village's mother church. It was built in 1518 and was originally dedicated to Saint Lucy, the virgin martyr who gave her name to the village, in the upper Sabato valley on the edge of the Monti Picentini Park.Next to it stands the new chapel of the Immacolata, built after the 1980 earthquake, while a few steps away are the late 16th-century Poor Clares' monastery of Santa Maria della Sanità and the Saint Giuseppe Moscati House Museum. We suggest giving this corner of the village an unhurried visit, between sacred art and the memory of the saintly doctor.
