A chapel of 1590 dedicated to the Immaculate Conception and known as San Giovanni, near the mother church of Santo Stefano del Sole.

Not far from the mother church of Santo Stefano del Sole stands the chapel of the Immaculate Conception, which everyone in the village calls the church of San Giovanni. It was founded in 1590 and keeps a simple layout: a single nave with one altar in line with the entrance, lit by three windows, two at the sides and one above the door.We like to pause in front of the large fresco of the Virgin and Child, while the niches beside the altar hold statues of Our Lady of Sorrows and the Sacred Heart. The confraternity of the Name of Jesus and the Immaculate Conception was established here. We suggest visiting it together with the mother church, which keeps the remains of Saint Vitus.
