A 1668 church in Pogerola, created in the building used as a plague hospital.

In Pogerola, a hamlet of Amalfi, the Church of Sant'Anna was built in 1668 by Prince Giulio Bonito, reusing the building that had served as a lazaretto during the plague. The façade is gabled, with a doorway topped by a frescoed lunette. Restored in the 20th century, it is one of the churches dotted around the village above Amalfi.
