A 19th-century palazzo on the Riviera di Chiaia inspired by Palazzo Pitti in Florence.

On the Riviera di Chiaia, Palazzo Guevara di Bovino was built in the 19th century by the architect Ettore Moscarella, modelled on Florentine Renaissance architecture, in particular Palazzo Pitti. It belonged to the Guevara, Dukes of Bovino, then to the Caracciolo and from 1906 to the di Marzo; it also housed the French Consulate. The rusticated façade is unmistakable on the stroll in front of the Villa Comunale.
