Neo-Renaissance building on piazza Bovio, opened in 1899 as the seat of the Stock Exchange and the Chamber of Commerce.

On piazza Bovio, at the start of corso Umberto I, the Palazzo della Borsa was built between 1895 and 1899 to a design by Alfonso Guerra, with funds donated in 1861 by General Enrico Cialdini. It housed the Stock Exchange and the Chamber of Commerce. On its side it incorporates the small church of Sant'Aspreno al Porto, saved during the Risanamento. In front once stood the Neptune Fountain, now in piazza Municipio.
