A 19th-century palazzo on Corso Vittorio Emanuele built by Filippo Botta between 1875 and 1878.

On Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Palazzo D'Alessandro di Pescolanciano is among the finest of 19th-century Naples. It was built between 1875 and 1878 by Filippo Botta for Giovanni Maria d'Alessandro, just after the route of the Corso was completed. The duke was passionate about archaeology: a palazzo that looks down over the gulf.
