An Angevin-era palazzo on Via Mezzocannone, residence of Artusio Pappacoda and later of Fabrizio Colonna.

On Via Mezzocannone, in the heart of the university quarter, Palazzo Colonna already existed in the Angevin period. It was later the residence of Artusio Pappacoda, grand seneschal of King Ladislaus, the same man behind the nearby Pappacoda Chapel. Its last illustrious resident was the condottiero Fabrizio Colonna. The palazzo, transformed over time, is made up of two blocks: a large one on the street and a smaller one in the courtyard.
