Considered the first Art Nouveau building in Naples, begun in 1906 among the hairpin bends of the Rampe Brancaccio.

Among the hairpin bends of the Rampe Brancaccio, in the Rione Amedeo, the Palazzina Velardi by the architect Francesco De Simone is considered the first Art Nouveau (Liberty) building in Naples. Work began in 1906.The slope of the land gives it five floors on one side and four on the other. The arched windows had elegant stucco decoration. A stop for lovers of Art Nouveau.
