In three rooms this small museum gathers work tools and everyday objects donated by the people of Prata Sannita. It is the result of a patient collection that took more than twenty-five years, and we like it precisely because it tells the story of the community through what families wanted to keep.Alongside the objects, since 1972 the town's oral tradition has also been documented: fairy tales, courtship songs and teasing songs, sacred songs, riddles and proverbs. Part of this heritage is kept in the archive of the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome. We recommend visiting it together with the nearby military history museum.
