The oldest place of worship in Barra, recorded as early as 1336, with an 18th-century façade and a coffered ceiling.

In Barra, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie e Sant'Attanasio is the oldest place of worship in the district: it is already mentioned in documents from 1336, dedicated to Saint Athanasius, Bishop of Naples. After a long period of neglect it has recently been restored. It has an original 18th-century façade and, inside, a coffered ceiling with a fresco of the boy Jesus among the doctors in the temple.
