A chapel from 1611 beside the church of San Severo alla Sanità, rich in stucco, frescoes and canvases attributed to Luca Giordano.

Next to the façade of the church of San Severo, in the Sanità district, a side portal leads to this chapel, established in 1611 as the seat of the confraternity of the Bianchi of Sant'Antonio. We advise you not to walk straight past: behind that door hides a small jewel box decorated in the 17th and 18th centuries with stucco and wall paintings.Along the walls of the hall are paintings attributed to Luca Giordano, while a rather rare canvas by Giovan Battista Spinelli shows the Virgin with Saints Augustine and Charles Borromeo. We also like to linger over the 18th-century high altar in polychrome marble, which elegantly closes the intimate space of the chapel.
