A 16th-century church and convent with one of the most precious Baroque interiors in Naples, the work of Arcangelo Guglielmelli.

On Via della Consolazione, in the historic centre, stands a complex founded in the 16th century with a church and convent. In the second half of the 17th century Arcangelo Guglielmelli created here one of the most precious Baroque interiors in the city.The façade is simple, with Ionic pilasters and a medallion held up by two angels. In the 19th century the convent was handed over to the Incurabili. Inside, let's be surprised by the richness of the decoration.
