A five-storey 17th-century tower beside the cloister of Santa Maria della Vita, in the Sanità district, with a clock and a small belfry.

To the south-west of the cloister of the convent of Santa Maria della Vita, in the Sanità district, rises a tower built in 1629 and rebuilt before 1680. It has a rectangular plan and five storeys marked by string courses, with windows crowned by pediments. On the top level, framed by corner pilasters, is the clock, while at the very top there is a small belfry. Today the tower suffers from invasive plants and damaged stucco: we recommend viewing it from the street, imagining its Baroque appearance.
