Church on via Tasso built in 1934–35 to house the furnishings and decoration of San Tommaso d'Aquino, demolished in the rione Carità.

On via Tasso, between the Vomero and Chiaia, stands a church born of a demolition. In 1932, for the rebuilding of the rione Carità, the church of San Tommaso d'Aquino was pulled down; it was then decided to rebuild it on the hill, moving its furnishings and works there.Begun in 1934 and consecrated in 1935, it has a single nave and a façade that closely echo the vanished church. It took the title of Santissima Trinità from another church closed because it was unsafe.
