Sixteenth-century noblemen's oratory in the Quartieri Spagnoli, famous for the Holy Saturday float designed by great artists.

On vico Lungo San Matteo, in the Quartieri Spagnoli, next to the church of Montecalvario, stands the oratory of the archconfraternity of the local nobility, founded in the 16th century. From 1620 the confraternity organised a festival for Holy Saturday: the float was designed by the finest Neapolitan artists, such as Lorenzo and Domenico Antonio Vaccaro in 1691, Bartolomeo Granucci and Mario Gioffredo. A tradition that tells of the splendour of Baroque festivals.
