Seventeenth-century church in the Quartieri Spagnoli on via Girardi, founded with a conservatory and entrusted to an archconfraternity after the Restoration.

On via Girardi, in the Quartieri Spagnoli, this church was born at the beginning of the 17th century from a community of devout women led by Caterina Valente, taken in by Carlo Carafa in a donated house. In 1611 they bought the palazzo next door and founded a conservatory.During the French decade the nuns were expelled and took away the icon of the Virgin of Succour. After the Restoration, King Ferdinand I entrusted the building to the archconfraternity of Saints Peter and Paul, which restored its façade.
