Fourteenth-century church in the historic centre built to mark the end of a plague epidemic; restored by Domenico Antonio Vaccaro in 1735.

On vico San Pellegrino, in the San Lorenzo district, stands this church built in the 14th century to commemorate the city's deliverance from the plague. It has been transformed several times over the centuries, notably in 1735 by Domenico Antonio Vaccaro. The slightly recessed façade has a piperno doorway, pilasters with composite capitals and Baroque stucco. Inside are the relics of Saints Pellegrino and Emiliano and a painting of them on the high altar.
