A church founded in the 8th century for the co-patron saint of Naples, now part of the university on Via Armanni.

On Via Armanni, near the Cathedral, stands the Church of Santa Patrizia. In the 8th century the Basilian nuns dedicated a place of worship to the saint, co-patron of Naples, who had just been canonised.Rebuilt in the 16th century with a monastery and remodelled the following century, today it is part of a university complex that also houses a museum of human anatomy. The cult of Saint Patricia is now kept in the Church of San Gregorio Armeno.
