Church of the Carmelite monastery on via Salvator Rosa, founded in the 17th century by nuns from Lucca.

On via Salvator Rosa, in the Avvocata district, the church was born with the monastery of the Carmelite nuns who came from Lucca in the first half of the 17th century; the enclosed monastery opened in 1637.In 1665 the community was saved from a serious crisis by a large donation from the merchant Gaspare Roomer, whose daughter was a nun here; it was he who had the monastery dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene de' Pazzi. A relative of Saint Alphonsus Maria de' Liguori also lived here.
