The «notaries' church» at the top of Via Salvator Rosa, near the Roman bridge, with a Rococo altar and a canvas by Nicola Maria Rossi.

In the upper part of Via Salvator Rosa, near the remains of the Roman bridge, stands Santa Maria della Purità, which Neapolitans call the «chiesa re nutare», the notaries' church. The name comes from the conservatory founded for notaries' daughters, to which the church was handed over in 1719.The rectangular interior is crowned by a slender dome. On the high altar, in elegant Rococo style, is the Virgin of Purity by Nicola Maria Rossi; his workshop also produced the other 18th-century canvases.
