Neo-Romanesque church in the Arenaccia consecrated in 1895, with a gilded coffered ceiling.

At the crossing of via Sant'Alfonso Maria de' Liguori and via Pietro Giannone, in the Arenaccia, stands the church of Sant'Alfonso, consecrated in 1895 by Cardinal Guglielmo Sanfelice, whose coats of arms are carved on the doorway and the triumphal arch. The façade combines Romanesque and Gothic references, with a small porch, a rose window and hanging arches. In the rectangular interior we are struck by the gilded coffered ceiling.
