Small church of 1530 on the Riviera di Chiaia, set into a palazzo; founded after the plague and later entrusted to the Rosary congregation.

Along the Riviera di Chiaia, a small church is set into a palazzo: this is San Rocco, also called the Santissimo Rosario. It was founded in 1530, after a plague epidemic, by the nuns of San Sebastiano, who even obtained fishing rights here.It passed to the Dominicans and then, in 1839, to the Rosary congregation, and was remodelled in 1858. We recognise the arched doorway topped by a balcony; inside, a plain hall with a barrel vault.
