Small 17th-century church opposite Porta San Gennaro, built by the coachmen's congregation, with a fine piperno doorway.

Opposite the inner side of Porta San Gennaro, on via Maria Longo, stands this small church built in the 17th century by the congregation of coachmen, the men who drove the city's carriages.Let's pause at the façade: the piperno doorway has a broken pediment enclosing the bell niche, and a little further on is a votive shrine with Saint Francis and the Christ Child where local people always leave a flower. The restored interior is a single hall with three altars.
