Deconsecrated church of 1455 near piazza Municipio, built in the Catalan style and later decorated with Rococo stucco.

On via San Bartolomeo, a few steps from via Depretis and piazza Municipio, stands a church founded in 1455 by Cristoforo Bozzaotra, who three years later gave it to his son Bartolomeo. It was built in the Catalan Renaissance style, widespread in 15th-century Naples. In the 18th century a Rococo remodelling changed its appearance. Today the church is deconsecrated and put to other use, but it retains the stucco of the vault and traces of the majolica floor.
