The large estate of Julia Felix, who rented part of it out, with its garden and baths.
The Praedia of Julia Felix occupy an entire block near the Amphitheatre. After the earthquake of AD 62 the owner rented out part of it: an inscription advertised the rental of the baths, shops and apartments.At the centre is a lovely garden with a water channel and a portico with marble pillars.
