Single-nave church on Corso Campano in Giugliano, with a 13th-century chapel and a 19th-century bell tower.
On the main axis of Corso Campano we find the Church of San Nicola, a broad vaulted single hall. It is one of Giugliano's historic places of worship, in the heart of the city.We are intrigued by the 13th-century chapel dedicated to the saint, the oldest part of the complex. The bell tower, in Renaissance forms, was instead rebuilt in the 19th century: we suggest looking at it from the Corso.
