Cetara Tower Civic Museum

Inside the tower that dominates Cetara is the civic museum, a place where art converses with the sea of the Coast. The route is divided into three sections, and the first is devoted to the Maiori painters active between the 19th century and 1930, who portrayed the landscapes of this coast in their pictures. We really like this choice so tied to the area.A second section is devoted entirely to Manfredi Nicoletti, while the third houses contemporary works by Ugo Marano. For the opening, a view of the tower painted by Josef Rebell in 1822 was also displayed. We recommend combining the visit with a walk along the seafront.
