Since 1 September 2026, new Lodgify customers with a billing address in Italy receive a free Chekin account for 12 months when they choose a Professional or Ultimate plan with annual or two-year billing. Chekin helps with the steps Italian hosts handle for every booking: guest ID verification at check-in, guest registration on the police portal (Alloggiati Web), electronic invoicing via the Italian SDI system, tourist tax calculation and collection, data reporting to regional ISTAT statistics systems, and integration with smart locks and digital guest guides.

Conditions to know

  • Who can join: new Lodgify customers with an Italian billing address, on a Professional or Ultimate plan with annual or two-year billing. Monthly plans, the Basic plan and existing Chekin customers are excluded.
  • Deadline: the offer applies to sign-ups until 28 February 2027.
  • After 12 months Chekin continues as a paid subscription: you are free to decide whether to continue.
  • Extra costs: some features, such as tourist tax collection, have per-transaction fees not included in the offer.
  • Responsibility: these tools automate operational steps but do not replace the host's own checks. Legal obligations remain with the property owner.
