A diocesan museum in Ischia's Bishop's Palace, with 18th- and 19th-century silverware, sculptures, paintings and majolica.

The Diocesan Museum of Ischia holds part of the island's artistic and religious heritage. Born from the idea of saving liturgical furnishings no longer in use, it was founded in 1995 in several rooms of the Bishop's Palace. The sacred art section brings together silverware, sculptures, paintings and textiles, along with liturgical vestments and Neapolitan majolica from the 18th and 19th centuries. We recommend visiting it while strolling around Ischia Ponte.
