A public garden a few steps from the Piazzetta of Capri, once a Grand Tour stop, rich in plants and flowers typical of the island.

It takes just a few minutes on foot from the Piazzetta to reach the Gardens of the Flora Caprense, a green corner in the heart of Capri. Once a destination for Grand Tour travellers, they are home to a great many species of plants and flowers typical of the island, along with others from elsewhere. We like stopping here for a break in the shade, away from the crowds. As soon as you enter, on the left, we suggest looking for the curious statue dedicated to cats, an affectionate tribute to the love of these animals. The garden has also hosted jazz concerts during the Capri summer, a sign of how much it is loved as a meeting place. A perfect stop during a walk in the centre.
