15th-century collegiate church that absorbed the old church of San Pietro and its bell tower, with a white marble portal.

The history of this church begins in the 15th century, when the old church of San Pietro and its bell tower were absorbed into a new, larger building. A bull of Pope Nicholas V in 1452 already authorised the sacraments in the church about to be built, now known as the Collegiate Church of the Santissima Annunziata. The façade is gabled, with an elegant white marble portal with a broken pediment. The three-nave interior has lost many of its old ornaments, such as the vault stucco and the wooden choir. We still like visiting it for its long history.
