Marina di Camerota by boat: the Costa degli Infreschi

From Marina di Camerota we sail east along the Costa degli Infreschi e della Masseta, a marine protected area where the Mediterranean scrub reaches right down to the sea. These coves can be reached almost only from the water, and the seabed shifts in colour from green to blue.

We go into the caves that open onto the cliffs, stop for a swim and tell you about the life of Camerota’s fishermen and the traces of the first inhabitants, who already lived in these caves in prehistoric times. The route may change depending on sea conditions.
